What data we process and why

Quote requests and contact: name, company, phone, e-mail and the content of your request, to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Carrier applications: company and contact person details, to assess possible cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Recruitment: data from the form and your CV, to run the recruitment process (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Any additional data you provide voluntarily is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep data

Until the matter is closed and then for the limitation period of any claims. Recruitment data is kept until the recruitment ends, and longer only with your consent to future recruitment.

Who receives data

Service providers we use to run our business, in particular our website hosting (OVH) and e-mail provider (Google Workspace), only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to its processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Providing data is voluntary, but without the fields marked with an asterisk we cannot reply to your request.

Cookies and technical data

With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use the website, e.g. how many people visit it and which pages they read. Data is collected anonymously and analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”. You can change your consent at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your chosen language and your cookie choice are also stored in your browser. The server may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to keep the website secure.
